Best Window Customization Software?

Sorry if there is already a tread about this but I could seem to find it. I want to start one with everyone's windows customization software they use.

 

My first one is Hyperdesk by the Skins Factory, even tho it does cost some money, the skins aren't going to fail you. ( For Windows 7) XP and Vista (ew)

The Skin Factory has the the UI for a lot of things to check it out and you might be surprised.(They do Aleinwares UI for ex.

My second one is Rockdock. I know a lot of people have heard of this but who hasn't it like a mac dock for windows

      (Desktop Coral is also one that I use mainly for rocketdock, to make a part of your screen open, to you can always see Rocketdock etc.)
