I have a problem with my memory, please help

I have just built a new pc and when I start the pc I get no video and on the motherboard is there a little screen that says Fe, and if i press rest then my motherboard goes 13-15-fe I have read that It could be the memory that is not working but I tried with the memory from my other pc and I still said fe.

Please comment if you know anything about this and btw my motherboards is the Maximus hero VII and my ram is 16gb 2400 mhz from corsair, and the other ram I tried was just an 4 gb stick and I don't know how much mhz it had or where it was from.

I have two times even, but could not find a thing about it

I just read the manual and it seems like there's no FE on the Q-code. Try reseating (take out, put back in) your RAM (I'm assuming you know if the RAM is properly seated).
