ln²(x)= ??  i need a simpler version so i can come out with it's derivative

its ln(x)*ln(x) now use the formulae for factorised functions derivations, and ln derivation ;)

but isn't that [ln(x)]²  ?? because i thought it was (ln*ln)(x)

Log or ln is a function (does not have a value) and hence can't be squared.
