Help on a HTPC

Hi i wanted a HTPC for just media and internet browsing with some light gaming but i first wanted some advice before i blew £405 or $630 on the parts

im not going to game alot on here i have my own gaming pc for that

 

CPU: Amd 5350 2.05ghz quad core

 

Motherboard ASrock am1h mini itx 

 

Ram 2x4GB Crucial ballistix sport 

 

Storage 1x120 San disk Extreme 2 and 1x 1000gb hhd (from an old pc)

 

Graphics Card  Msi r7 260x 2gb gddr5 

 

case Silverstone mlo7b

 

PSU silverston sfx 450w psu

 

2x 120mm arctic cooling fans 

 

so thats the build i have in mind could you please advise me on better parts to pick for the same/similar price

on a side note does anyone know if the case includes the slim line optical drive or do i need to buy one

450w is overkill for this, as you should really get a 300w.

I'm also not sure about the processor.
