Computer hangs at start up

Since removing my H100i to put some new fans on it (I removed the rad, not the pump) my computer will hang for several seconds at the ASRock logo screen before booting normally. 

I've tried disabling and reenabling fast boot but that didn't help at all. 

I honestly don't know why it's doing this and it's becoming rather annoying. Restarting works just fine. 

Suggestions?

Update:

I've reseated the RAM and it's working fine again. I must've knocked it when putting the radiator back in place. Derp!

Also thanks for moving this to the correct forum.
