G'day team.

So I've been having an issue since I built my first rig. It's got the Asus z97-a motherboard, Intel core i7-4790, Asus GTX970 Strix, Kingston HyperX Fury 16gb DDR3 RAM, Samsung 840 EVO 250gb SSD and Corsair CS750M PSU in Thermaltake's Core V71.

Majority of the time when I start up the computer, the monitor doesn't seem to connect properly. Its a fairly old Samsung monitor but I don't think the problem is with the monitor because it happens with other monitors too. It flicks through the different display modes as if it's not connected at all. This sometimes happens with the keyboard as well but it's not as common. I'll hit the reset button and the computer will start up fine.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!
