i5-4440 question

i plan on getting this CPU to replace my a10 APU, but i have a question, will it bottleneck any single GPU i thow at it???

 

i mean in the future to get something like a 980 or a 290x, or whatever comes out with the release of the AMD 300 series GPUs.

An i5 should handle them fine. My i5 at stock is running my GTX 980 perfectly.

it's a good CPU but a modest one, i would consider pairing it with a GTX 970 but not much more than that.
