Check your background processes. Something is putting stress on that processor so you need to find out what and close it. Open task manager and click on processes, there is everything. Right clock on it and chose "end all process tree."

It passed the test, everything is ok but it says that I only have 2 physical cores and 4 logical. Does that mean that I only have a dual core?

Its acting as a dual core with hyperthreading.  You should have 4 physical cores, and 8 threads.

Might have to go into BIOS and correct something.  Maybe something got disabled accidentally?

Has it always been this way? It's rare but it's possible that something is wrong with 2 of the cores. I RMAd my 4770k last week when Core 0 started failing at stock. I wouldn't say do this right now, but try to remember if it's always been like this or just recently.

And see if the motherboard BIOS is the latest version!
