The Budget for the CPU+RAM+Motherboard is 200(+) Euros.

I want to overclock the cpu and the motherboard has 2 heatsinks, so it looks like it could handle it. (I hope) 

 

The build is for my sister and she will be using the iGPU of the Pentium. Maybe later on she will get a GPU, if she needs it. In about 1 to 2 years, this PC is planned to be used as a Home Server, that is why I liked the 6 Sata 3 Ports on the G43

 

Edit: I changed the mobo out for one with the Z97 chip

Do a quick google search for a coupon code for that site. I do that all the time when I order stuff from Newegg/NCIX, and usually save some money.
