Need help with first build

So i posted a couple days ago and i got a lot of great help but i still have questions i cant seem to answer and i also just want others opinions in general. So i am building a gaming PC, the requirement are for it to not be out of date too fast if possible, able to do far cry 4 and other current and future games in nice graphics as best as possible, be as good as possible in general for at most $1,500, but not over kill for a 15 year old and also to save money if possible. hopefully that is a good description. anyways, he will be in 1080p all the time i would say. and the graphics card is something i'm unsure about a bit but i feel i chose okay. i was hoping to do two of the graphics cards but i personally cant seem to make it work. i do know some or a lot about computers but i'm not a genius at it all so any and all the help i can get would be a big help. if you have any ideas to make this thing amazing for a 1,000 to 1,500 price range that would be great for me. here is a link to the amazon wish list i have to know what i am getting and everything. i know amazon is not the cheapest with everything though.  http://amzn.com/w/3L3L7GKXER69P

now  think about a better graphics card maybe also mainly it's about the moniter not just that stuff and when I ment the link it should have been a youtube one from me not your amazon link

Thank you for your help! i was thinking two of the asus strix gtx 970 but its too expensive and i cant get anything too much better because it seems to always end up too expensive. but i am not a pro at this so i'm probably not including a lot of different cards. if the water cooling i have is way too much i could get something cheaper and see if that helps and all but it still is pushing it i feel.

Thank you for your help! i was thinking two of the asus strix gtx 970 but its too expensive and i cant get anything too much better because it seems to always end up too expensive. but i am not a pro at this so i'm probably not including a lot of different cards. if the water cooling i have is way too much i could get something cheaper and see if that helps and all but it still is pushing it i feel.
