If you really want to get mad.. Ask yourself why there is no suppression effect when you actually hit someone. Only when you miss.

 

Consider this. It takes 4-5 bullets to kill someone in BF3. If the enemy and I start shooting at each other at the same time I hit my first 3 shots and he misses his first 3 shots. On my 4th and 5th shot I will likely be too suppressed to finish the kill and he will then be able to kill me. 

 

Yeah it's pretty rage inducing.... luckily BF4 has supposedly totally revamped the suppression mechanic. I'm keeping my fingers crossed but not holding my breath.

Now that makes soooo much more sense.

See, I thought you meant that it was an overall thing. Like, I would almost always more than likely miss for whatever stupid reason because I'm good at the game. While other not good people wouldn't have that disadvantage.

But you mean that every bullet that is fired near me (at me) but doesn't hit me "suppresses" me causing my accuracy to be crap. That makes a lot more sense (and now I get why it is for "realism"). Which, if bullets that hit don't suppress (stupid, but still), then it really is what I call it. Good players get punished, bad players get rewarded. Just not the way I thought.

Though it makes no sense for bullets that hit to not suppress. If me shooting you doesn't screw up your accuracy (let alone more than me missing you), how does me missing you do it?

If I had to go for a one word summation, that would be it.

 

Most people that hate suppression really only hate that it screws your aim up. I'm all for them leaving in the blurred vision to simulate the "scared" feeling or whatever it is.... but don't change the laws of physics by making bullets come out of my barrel at 90* angle to the ceiling... That's just dumb.

There is two types of surpressing in bf3 if im correct. One is the blurry effect when a bullet wizes past you in appearance your gun moves but it shoots in the same direction as before(remember that it helps). The second type is impact on you which causes your gun to jump and amps the recoil of your weapon by quite a lot.

Another bad game is the Last of us, they have humans in it. Copied everything and everyone. lets sue the **** out of naughtydog which is ironic because they have been naughty.

 

Edit: Before someone tries to kill me i think Last of us is up there for being one of the best games ever

I get pissed off when people in my class/school talk like they think they know everything about consoles like the Xbox One and PS4, I heard one kid claim that the PS4 is 5 years ahead of PC graphics and the Xbox One didn't have a CD/DVD tray.

Punch the nearest teddy in the face, it helps a lot. I punch my bed sometimes as well. Its memory foam which helps.

I once punched my mattress so hard that a couple of springs bend in some wierd way, i had to get a new one because they always stabbed my back when i was sleeping, so better be careful with that  :D

I got foam so i dont need to worry about that so yay for me.

I really don't understand playing on console, it's just so aggravating. The low fps, low res, bad graphics and inconvenient controls make it just bothersome. Although I really only play CS:GO, so the graphics doesn't matter that much to me. The limitations of consoles are too much to make me really ever want to play fps on one, although some games are awesome (looking at you Katamari Damacy).
