Nintendo OST's?

I've been snooping around for a bit, but I just can't seem to find a site that let's me download Nintendo Soundtracks from the N64 era and up.

Does anyone know where I could get my hands on that stuff? And would it be considered illegal? I already own a nice amount of new-age Nintendo games, so would there be a way to rip them from there?
