Computer always restart

Ok so I bought my graphic card r9 280 sapphire (and I have a 600w Psu) but I don't know why it always reset I plugged it with Hdmi to my tv and the screen is always black also I have fast boot but I don't think it has anything to do with it since I can't see anything it's just black

Could you clarify a little more? Does the monitor ever get a signal? Could you post a picture of the inside of the computer, more specifically the card?

Have you tried another graphics card?You should try with another graphics card to see if the problem still remain,if not,you got a faulty graphics card,RMA it.

Nevermind guys, it looks like a RAM slot doesnt work i just changed the RAM TO ANOTHER SLOT i dont really mind
