Hi. My friend wants to build a computer and I am helping him picking out parts. His budget is around 10000 nok (1400 dollars), but keep in mind that parts are a little more expensive here so leave a little headroom. he is using it mostly for gaming. Do you have any recommendations for parts?

Does he need monitor, keyboard, mouse, optical drive, and operating system figured into this build?? And also is he planning to overclock?
