Upgrading FX-6100

I have an FX6100 and would like to make an upgrade. With an approximate $150 budget, I have a couple options:

1. Upgrade to FX6300, 8320, or 8350.

2. Buy a nice heatsink and OC my 6100

3. Buy a new mobo and switch to intel

 

I'm mostly going to be gaming and recording.

Would it be worth upgrading with a $150 budget? Which option do you guys think would be best? If I switch to intel, which mobo and cpu would you recommend?

I would go with number two. With that budget you can't get a nice motherboard and a good CPU.  So just overclock your current CPU.
