HI guys i have only seen this problem first. it first started when i tried to create a parition then all of my partition turned into simple volume which i don't know what happened.. 

 

 

Before it was all primary partition and now i can't change it back

Does your computer still work?

 

Yes     ----> It's fine

No       ----> Mess around with disk management

its fine. But its has to be activated or something like a warning sign near the disk partitions

Sorry to break it to you, but sometimes you can create new volumes (I've done it), but it will not under any circumstance return to one volume, unless you reformat your drives.

It was primary partitions before then when i tried to make a new partition. it all became simple volume i don't know why it happend
