Gaming graphics card help

I need some help with this graphics card I found and I was wondering if it could handle games like ARMA 2, Civilization or Farcry 3-4. Can you tell me if I'm being ridiculous getting this card to play games like these if it is can you please help me find a graphics card that will play games with decent frames. the card is=
