Virtual audio cable help

Hello forum!

I currently have Virtual Audio cable (with 2 cables) set up to where both line 1 and line 2 is listening to the speaker (or in this case the main sound source). The reason being is because I have Dxtory record in game sound (line 1) and Skype (line 2).

Problem: For some reason Line 1 sounds distorted/sped up (even YouTube videos play faster) and Line 2 plays just fine. When I make the speaker the default playback device, everything is fine. I have no clue what happened, any help is appreciated
