New build, need help

Hello so im building a very tight build for my friend.
Here is the specs:
MOBO:MSI 970A G-43
VGA: r7 260x oc by msi
RAM : Adata 2x4 sticks
CPU: fx 6350

He already has case, hdd >
Still dont know what psu to get, any recomendations, also how much w it needs?
What about motherboard? is it ok?

For a PSU you could easily get away with a 600W with plenty of room to play
