You are correct, the 350D is mATX and mITX only.

Well I'm not really sure if I need an ATX, tho I will upgrade some time and I rather not risk that I'll need an ATX but can just use mATX mobos. And the R4 costs 2$ more than the 350D in my country.

Or I could just wait for the R5 to arrive...
