Meh, ram is temporary memory and there's no way you can cache it.

He's talking about caching his HDD with Ram, not caching Memory, your right in a sense, but not on topic.

I want to cache my games drive to help speed up its performance but i don't know what software to use.

Not free, but hey..

You can also SAVE the contents if you like, but with deferred writing, you don't have to.

There are other products on the market, research is needed I guess to find free ones, I bought this myself so i didn't look for others.

I think already done by windows, there is no need of any external software. Don't you know about write caching option in windows for HDD? I have it disabled bcoz hard disk might be corrupted as my computer shuts down on fluctuations.

yeah I know about it, Superspeed beats that hands down, Windows isn't very efficient at write caching. (Albiet it's fine for almost 99% of people, certain tasks do shine a lot better with SS caching)

I researched a TON about it when looking for options.

I also disabled it when I had my Raid0 3x SSD's for that same reason :)
