I am about to go crazy with my computer I have tried every possible solution but i just wont boot so I did an h70 gpu mod where basiclly you install an h70 to a gpu in this case gtx 670, and while I was waiting for my h70 to come I tried to boot my pc and it booted just nothing was shown on the screen because my gpu was not in there So i got my h70 installed everything correctly and my pc wont boot nothing I would understand if the display wouldnt work because I screwed up my gpu but my whole pc wont boot Nothing I tried ram cpu psu No help My pc specs are   

 

3770k z77 sabertooth corsair ram 4x4 h100 ax750

Have you tried with the stock cooler on the gpu?

Clear the CMOS?

Try taking off the power button connector off the board, and shorting out the pins using a flathead screwdriver. This should cause the computer to turn on.
