I have lollipop Unoffical Nightly on my phone right now.

Official statement is that Cyanogen 12S will come to the OnePlus One within 90 days.

They say that, but it depends on Cyanogenmod to be able to do it on time, and it may or may not be easy

Well it seems nearly all roms other than cataclysm really need cyanogen as there are currently no features for any of these lollipop roms.

True, like ubisoft, just glad LG G3 was one of the first for Lollipop in some countries like Poland xD
