I have a problem guys.. everything is set up (all connections double checked) and running but when i log into the OS, after few seconds my display goes off. There are 5 white leds on each of the graphics card, as i have a 2 way sli, but when the display goes off only 2 white leds are on, ont he first card as the second card seems to have all the 5 leds perfectly fine. So i did some research and found out what those LEDS seem to mean. If the card is facing you the LEDS read out like this:
GPU - This indicates if voltage to the video card's GPU is good

MEM - This indicates if voltage to the video card's memory is good
PLL - This indicates if the voltage for auxillary components such as fans, LEDs, etc. is good
3.3V - This indicates if the voltage supplied from the motherboard via PCIe slot is good
12V - This indicates if the voltage from the 12v input from the power supply is good

however i had my voltage supply and my power supply checked and all the connections were fine. it seemed to me that the 2 leds that were glowing were the 3.3v and the 12v.
pls help me

Try running each card separately to determine whether or not they both actually work.

To me it sounds like a driver/software problem of some sort, since you can boot up to your OS, and the problem only occurs once you log in. If you can, try installing Windows or another operating system on a separate storage device and see if there's any problems then.

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
