Can it compete with kraken x61?

According to anandtech's benchmarks, no. It's still an amazing cooler and is pretty quiet, though.

NH-D15, I assume that it's better than the NH-D14 since it's a newer model.

no, thats pretty much the best AIO out there. It performs pretty close though.
