@LordGabenSweg Welcome to the forum! :) Don't forget to use the quote button when you reply to somebody so they get a notification.

That bundle looks well priced to me considering you say parts are slightly more expensive. The MSI mobo is very highly acclaimed and the CPU is very popular too. That should be perfect. Also think about getting that SSD upgrade soon - you will notice a huge difference in OS performance!

Depending on what you do with your PC, you will likely not see a big increase in performance with another 8GB of RAM. Instead get yourself a more powerful GPU - a GTX 970 or R9 290X would be brilliant for gaming for a while.

Thanks man :D, the pc will be used for Arma 3 Atlis life on ultra, but the only good one in my country has alot of addons so it eats fps :( then I will get a good SSD first instead of the extra ram, then i will sell my gpu to help upgrade to a 970. What will the frames be like on arma ultra because i get around 30 on low on my build, I really dont know why ether?

Oh, that's unfortunate :/

Sounds like you have a good plan there! Hm, as for your performance in Arma 3 I wouldn't know for sure. There are a lot of factors to consider. Looking on quickly for arma 3 benchamarks, that sounds like the kind of performance your GPU should be getting, I'm afraid. The 760 is showing its age now and arma 3 is known to be graphically intensive. That GPU upgrade will help out a lot with that! If you do have serious problems though, post in the troubleshooting section of the forum and somebody will try to help you :)

r9 280 would be better than an gtx 760 and its about the same price if not a bit cheaper

why are you going with two separate hard drives instead of just one with more capacity?

1600 is usually cheaper than 1333 ram and gives better performance

I got my pc on a budget of 600 pounds back when i lived in england, i used to only have the 1 500gb and that good full pretty quickly, so my uncle gave me one of his 1tb's that he had spare in his pc & i just moved all over to the 1tb , and now use the 500 gb for movies, music & steam backup :)

Those are components he already has, not what he is getting. The links provided are what he is considering buying.

Welcome to the forum

If you are only gaming on this system, perhaps an i5 4690k would be more suitable, you would save a few dollars and it would be more than enough. That bundle looks pretty good value, see if you can find one with a decent motherboard and the i5. The money saved will probably come close to getting you an SSD.

Also more ram is probably not needed at this point in time. Gather your moneys and try and get a 970 if you can, it will push games well, and won't require you to upgrade your psu.

Yea im defo gunna save up for a 980 & may get family to send over a SSD to save some money haha they are quite pricey over here, also defo getting a i7 :P
