I'm currently using a Fiio E10 to power a set of Audioengine 2 speakers. The inputs and volume controls are on the left one but it would me more comfortable to have them on the right.

Could I just get a 3.5mm jack to RCA cable and plug the 3.5mm to the E10 and invert the red and white on the RCA connection on the speakers to change them?

This is the most obvious thing and I haven't thought of it haha.

Don't know the speakers you are talking about but yes, I do think that will swap left and right channels to match the physical swapped positions.

yea, the signal will be reverse stereo, but the speakers are positioned reverse stereo.
