This is my recommendation then. Note here for others; Reason I didn't switch the Z97 board to H97 is because color (blue/red = ew), and there wasn't too much of a price difference between them.

Hello Everyone! My bestfriend from Netherlands wants to build a gaming computer for 800€ (shipping price + pc build). He wants to play games and record gameplays. 

He doesn't need any accessories/peripherals. Just the PC Build itself.
