Windows 8 Problems.. HELP

So i was upading my Drivers AMD CCC. I uninstalled them and rebooted to install the newer ones. But when I got to My login i could not use my Mouse or Keyboard...

 

Mouse and Keyboard work during Bios etc.

Tried in all USB 2.0 and 3.0 sockets

Mouse and keyboard work during windows 7 instalation (vis USB boot)

 

Currently attempting to make a USB win 8.1 boot.

 

Any 1 know what i could help?

Im able to use CMD in the windows 7 Installations ISO (Dont know any commands that would allow me to find or run drivers etc

Attempting to do a Windows 8.1 bootable USB and see if i can get it fixed
