No Signal when building Computer

I am building my 5th computer this time with amd fx8350, radeon 7850, and 8gb gskill. So i tested the gpu and it works and the psu works everything is plugged in and all that i can think of is the harddrive or cpu so how would i test which one it is without any spare parts and the i get no signal on my monitor when turning it on.

use the hard drive on another computer if you have one.

does everything inside the case work\? fans etc..

First off I would try pulling out the RAM and re seating it. Also that chip doesnt have intagrated graphics so I'm assuming your board doesnt have a vidio output, try different video outputs on your GPU. You are not seeing anything at all on the display? Good luck!
