PS4 voice chat problems

Sorry If I posted this in the wrong place (debated putting it in audio) but I'm having tons of trouble trying to get my inline mic to work with the new COD (inb4 casual.jpg). I've been using the inline mic on my samsung and powerbeats headphones for voice chat with Destiny with no problems but when I try to use them with AW I can't hear anything when channeling just the chat audio through the headphones. I can chat just find when sending all audio through them but that gets quite old very fast and I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and maybe has a work around!
