Mouse Weirdness

Ok so I have a dual monitor setup. And apparently when the mouse cursor hits what seems to be the line of pixels between the monitors (Far left of the main monitor) it switches to the next window. This happens in fullscreened games or windowed borderless, if the mouse touches the left side of the main monitor it tabs out. 

 

The only thing I can think of is that one monitor is running though my r9 280x and the other intels hd graphics (integrated). But not sure how this could cause games to almost alt-tab out. Both monitors are 1280 x 1024. 

 

Any help with this damn issue would be much appreciated.

Run both through ur GPU and try agn

I am unable to run both through my gpu due to both monitors having dvi connectors and my gpu only having one. However I did disable the second monitor and still no difference . 

 

Oh I also have Win 8.1 .
