I personally use vegas but I learned Premiere first. In my opinion I find Sony Vegas the Top dog.  State your opinions I am looking for a friendly discussion unless you vote for final cut  :angry: . :D

Was using Vegas but it currently does not support my GTX 780 for cuda encoding so I moved to Premiere which does, getting used to Premiere it going to take while but both are good and wouldn't use anything else other than these two at this point.

I edit in FCP7 and Premiere. Premiere if I'm going to be using a lot of AE, but FCP7 is great for some simple edits.

I've only used Vegas. Haven't tried Premiere yet. Might give it a go if it's easy to grasp.

Depends, tons of heavy video editors use Adobe Premiere.

At the end of the day it depends on what you edit with, I personally use Sony Vegas Pro.
