So, very long story short; Got a new Althon 860k, dropped it, tried to install it and it didnt work, brought in it in best buy and they told me to return it for a new one, did that, come home and updated bios and now im wondering if I should try to install the CPU again or just let best buy do it again?

Dont Push it at all just drop it in, match the triangles etc.

Have you watched any tutorials on putting the CPU on the socket? Highly suggest it
