First build planning

Solid JEZ

I'm planning to save money for my first Pc over a decade. I've been using laptops since college, and now I want to get a full experience with a custom tower.

I've been seen a lot of videos for custom building pc's on youtube, and been reading a lots of posts.

After all of that, I've selected these parts:

I'm plannig to use this pc as a personal one, and I'll be using it for gaming and CAD modeling mostly without overclocking it.

Any comment is well appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

whats your screen setup... you should consider getting a single 980. It might be fast enough and leave room to add another one in the future

I'm thinking of getting a single 24" Asus Monitor as a principal display and I already have a 21.5" HP monitor that will be the secondary display.

About the two GTX 970, it's a setup that I saw on youtube with linus... and I'm kind undecisive at the moment. So, with this setup, you'd recommend a GTX 980??

Oh absolutely... one GTX 980 will be plenty for a long time!
