CS:GO MAJOR PC Issue?

Hello guys, my friend is having a problem with his CSGO where when he joins a game, the computer straight up freezes on different colors on both of his monitors. It just started recently, and is weird as hell. It is ONLY in CSGO when joining a game. He has a Zotac 660 and an Intel 4930K.

I recorded a video of it happening and it will be up as soon as it is done uploading!

There is no blue screen, just solid colors on both monitors, sometimes they change colors, and sometimes is gives a CSGO has stopped working message.

The computer doesnt restart.

I have tried Malwarebytes, Avast, etc.... nothing helped.

Are all his drivers update? Have him try verifying the integrity of the game cache as well, or re download CS:GO completely.

Sounds like an issue with the GPU. Try making sure you've got the latest drivers, etc. The perhaps try running some other games and see which ones do it, or if all do it.
