So every windows 8 pc i've been on,

The startup circle dots are kinda glitched. it completes a flawless first rotation, but when the dots drop on the second time around, they get stuck for a second, disappear and then come back around...

Is this a thing on every pc? and did microsoft mean to do this? It just doesnt look fluid to me :L

They are supposed to go away and then come back. But the getting stuck is not intended.

Why the hell would they design something like that? :L It just irritates me. It'd be great if they just went around nice and uniformly
