Hi guys,

My computer crashed while I was gaming and I went to reboot and my 780 went to 100% fan speed and doesn't display anything, computer works fine without it.

Any help would be appreciated

Sure that all Cables are pluged in correct ?

Yeah all cables are fine + I reseated the card

If the cables are all correct remove the graphics card and try the on board graphics if you have them    

I did and PC works fine

Is the card doing anything when you restart the PC ?

Is the Card detected in GPUz ?

No

If it's possible, have you tried another PCI slot, just to be sure.

How are you connecting the Graphics card to your monitor? is it the same as you did with the on board?

when the computer is on with the graphics card in does it ramp up then back down to a stable state or does it shut off?

Yes it's the same, the card just stays at 100%

try removing the the power from the card and leaving it in in PCI slot and see if the PC boots to the graphics card power error

Did that and exactly the same happens, no output and 100% fan speed

if not try it in another Computer (if possible) 

Do you have a warranty on the card?

Cannot try either of them, looking for warranty now

Cannot try either of them, looking for warranty now

you could take it to a PC shop and see if they can test it If you can not find the warranty info. But it sounds like the card is Dead. and with out another computer to test it in you will not be able to know for sure.
