New mobo and case.

Looking to get new mobo and a case to go with my old system. Absolutly no MSI mobos please I have terrible issues with my current MSI mobo gotta go with a new company. Price Range is 150$ for each part. You can add 20 or 30$ if there is a significant leap in performance. I will not be doing any over clocking. And will I need to buy fans or will the standard case fans work fine? WIFI and crazy overclocking properties are not needed I just want a solid mobo that will work with my system and not have to download any crazy programs and put them on USB sticks in order to update bios. So i guess. Easily updated bios, works with my other products and ample cable management room. Suggestions?
