Basic OC on I7 4770k causing issues

Okay so I found this now: 

 

This any good?

 

Following his steps and while I am typing this I managed to boot the system on 1.25V and keep it running for a while. Once putting pressure on it would BSOD, same went for 1.28V and after that I wouldn't go higher as I have Air cooling.

 

But that was all on 4.6Ghz which I never managed ot get working.

 

As this video is missing the other stuff, what do you guys recommend? 

CPU:Intel I7-6700k , CPU Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO MB: Asus Maximus VIII Hero, Ram: Kingston 2666 Mhz 16GB, GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 SC ACX 3.0, PSU: Corsair AXi 860W, HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1x2TB, WD Green 1TB, Seagate Barracuda 1TB, Samsung 1TB, SSD Samsung 840 120GB (OS DRIVE), SSD Samsung 840 250GB, Case: Enermax Fulmo GT.
