So with help from another member I got a baseline for what my build should look like :) Anything I can swap out for slightly better performance without straining the budget? Or something I can change to allow better money allocation?

The build:

The peripherals and fans won't change. I might try out a dual gpu config later on. I'm not sold on the MOBO, PSU and gpu, opinions?. All decent replies will be appreciate, thanks!  :D Oh and this build is for gaming, graphic designing and video editing (not much).

Hi. Next time, please copy the information from the last post. Here it is:

The H440 should have more than enough room for your build. But the budget suggests that a less expensive case would be better.

The power supply seems overkill, so I'd go with a good 600w and I've noticed that there isn't much storage, so that could do with upgrading.

Do you need the power of a 290?

Sig under construction.

I had already toned down the PSU (as seen). Thanks Tedster for taking the time to try and fix my mistake...hopefully there'll be no confusion now.

I will add more 2TB/3TB drives later on. I just need something to be up and running by the end of Christmas :) Anything I could add/remove?

Plus what about the OS? Should I go retail or OEM? I don't see much difference (except price)
