At that price range better to get AMD build but if you want an Intel build you can look to that build

Get custom build use tweakers.net for the prices but best websites to order from are mostly alternate (mostly not the cheapest but has most parts) or 4launch( cheapest most of the times but doesnt have all parts. If you dont wanna build it you can let them build the parts you choose for prices between 30-50 euro's. I am on a phone atm but can scramble something together in the evening. How much in euro's you have?
