Best Multi-Platform Gaming Headset?

Hey Guys!

 

I was wondering what you guys think the best multi-platform Gaming Headset is?

I need it to work on the Xbox one, the ps4, and mainly the pc.  If there isn't one that can do them all then I need a really good pc headset and a decent other headset that works on both the ps4 and Xbox one.  Thanks!
