8gb RAM is good for right now, you can add more later if you need it. And a 750 watt PSU is good, even if you SLI. 850 is too much.

 

With the saved money get a ssd.

drop down to 8gb and then buy an SSD with the cash you saved from doing that... if this build is only for gaming then the rest is fine
