Looking For Some Front Panel Stuff

Hey guys.  I was wanting to get a 5.25 in. bay that has audio ports (phones out and mic in) as well as having fan speed control.  USB and a card reader would be nice but I don't need those.  I was just wondering if anyone knows about any good cheep ones

Don't get a bay device with audio interfaces, EMI is satan on it. 
(Cooler Master makes one I think)
