How does this look for a video, photo editing/rendering and music production system?
I know I could make this an even cheaper, yet still rather powerful hackintosh but incorporating some other goodies (like a nice pair of headphones  and so on) make it about $3500 which is my target budget for everything that will be used with or in the computer.
I'm sure 32GB is plentiful for editing/working in FCPX (Final Cut Pro X), LPX (Logic Pro X), and Photoshop CS6 or CC I could cut back and do like 24GB but that seems well silly.
The reason for the Blu ray writer/reader is so that if I wanted to share a physical copy of something I made with (a) friend(s) or (a) family member(s).
Also originally I was going to get an LG 4K monitor but the cost was too high and I'd probably start off with either 2.5k or regular 1080p for my videos.

Unless you've done a Hackintosh before I would check to see that all the items above are compatible. Looks good if you have the budget for it :P

It would be my first Hackintosh, however I'm pretty sure that I shouldn't have a problem with essential parts (Mobo, CPU, RAM, HDD, SDD) The only thing I'm not sure will work is the Bluetooth/Wifi built into the mobo. Otherwise everything should be compatible.

I would double check, if your wifi/bluetooth card won't work you could switch it out for something that works.

Fortunately Asus does have a non-wifi variant of the same board if unfortunately the Wifi 802.11ac / Bluetooth 4.0 integrated thing doesn't work.
