What to upgrade

So my PC is approaching 3 years old and its really starting to feel slow, so I think its time for an upgrade, but I don't know what to upgrade.

 

AMD 4100 3.6 Ghz

Coolermaster TX3

Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 

Corsair Vengeance 8GB

Kingston HyperX 3k 120GB SSD

WD 1TB HDD

HIS HD6850

some Chinese 550W PSU

 

Budget depends on the upgrade.
