Cheap cooling solution

Hey guys,

 

I really need a new cpu cooler. I'm using the stock intel one for over a year now and it doesnt feel right anymore. I'm ordering a new GPU and its a perfect time to buy a new cooler now. My budget is around 40 euro max. I use a i5 4670K and I want to overclock it a bit. And is the Cooler Master Seidon 120V any good?

The classic recoomendation is a 212 EVO

 

Good cooler, cheap price :P
