PC Upgrade Suggestions Please

Hello, I was wondering what you guys think I should upgrade on my computer.

 

My PC Specifications:

 

AMD FX 6300

 

GTX 770 4GB

 

8GB's of Ram

 

I'm really just using this pc for gaming and trying to get more quality and run games at a higher quality then what I run it at right now.

 

Also i'm planning not to spend much maybe 500$ max

770 is still a quite nice card :)

I'd suggest you get something like i5 4690k + Z97 mobo + an aftermarket cooler (like Noctua NH-D15 :D)

Upgrade your CPU first possibly, but the FX6300 is still brilliant when OC'd

If I got that processor should I overclock it or should it be fine?
