Water Cooling Help?

My Corsair 760t can hold up to a 360mm radiator, and i have an i7 4790k. 
What should i get? Preferably something that i won't go broke on but something with good quality, 
Any brands i should steer away from? Etc.

Edit: When giving a recommendation, please state why and it would be extremely helpful if you gave average temp change  :)
